How It Works
Our evaluation process is complete in three individual telehealth video appointments, including a clinical interview, standardized behavioral observation and results appointment. During the results discussion, our physicians will provide a diagnosis that is most appropriate for your child. Not all children receive a diagnosis of autism because another diagnosis may be a better fit. Referrals are not required.
Together, we can help families better understand whether the symptoms they are seeing are best explained by an autism diagnosis or another diagnosis, guiding them to the best next steps.

I appreciated receiving medical treatment for my toddler at Glow Pediatrics.The staff here was extremely helpful and quick to respond. I filled out the application online and received a call within the same week. I visited with Dr. Hokehe Effiong, *telehealth* who was very professional, informed, and allowed me to ask many questions. I went to her for one issue about my child, but she also gave me some more medical advice on how to properly care for my child in terms of diet.When I expressed my concerns about my child's growth, she made me feel at ease and did not condemn me. The front desk service was also excellent.. 10/10. Will fly from Georgia to meet with Dr. Hokehe Effiong in person. She is such a blessing.

Dr. Effiong was amazing!! I was so thankful to even get this appointment. Wait times for these types of treatment and evaluations sometimes take months, even years to get into. From the time of referral to appt was less than 1 month! She took her time, explaining things and getting to know about my son. These appointments can be extremely stressful on the kiddos, trying to get them to do things they aren’t interested in doing in an unfamiliar place. She understood that he is non verbal and the majority of information she’s going to get will come from me. We didn’t have any tears or any type of distress. He was comfortable and happy while in her office. She was able to shed some light on things we had no idea about. Overall she was amazing, the appointment went well and we look forward to continuing to work with her on my son’s health, and mental care journey!
